Great view and location. The view of the river was stunning, and the location was easy to get to with good transport links. The apartment was also well equipped with all the necessary amenities, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Noise and credit card hold. Unfortunately, the noise from a private function in the restaurant below disrupted our sleep, which wasn't ideal before a long flight.

Since we did not eat in the house I cannot answer this question. We were only there for a moment. Top view!

peninsula tea gardens, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel. we appreciated assured ascot quays.

We found the restaurant to be extremely good, both for dinner and breakfast. The staff were excellent - polite and professional, especially a young lady called Zee. Also perfectly placed for both the city and the airport.

The $50 deposit "just in case we break anything". It is a nusiance to have to keep checking our bank statements to see when it is returned.

I had a pizza delivered to my room that i did not order, i decided to just take it but did not eat it. Front desk sent me to a shopping centre that was closed and i was forced to turn the cab around and go into the city which cost me twice as much. I think the room was far to big, if i could have gotten a smaller room at a cheaper rate i would of.

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers free parking, making it easy to access the city and nearby attractions. the rooms are spacious and the staff are friendly and helpful. Guests can enjoy the pool area with sunbeds, and the hotel is also near a casino.

The hotel's kitchen equipment is inadequate, according to some reviews.

Nice 2 bed room apartment with 2 bath rooms,fantastic panaromic view over seeing Swan River from unit's balcony. We had a very comfortable stay (considering this is my first trip ever to Australia).

The room rate we pay should include internet access. Fee payable for internet is a bit high. Bed in master room is a bit too soft, bad for guest who has back problem. Onelast, the second room doesn't have aircondition, what if it gets too warm during summer?

it was clean and handy to the airport and for where we were to go next,

another toilet would have been good but other than that having two showeres was great as we travelled with a friend

Great location, friendly service, and clean rooms. the hotel is situated close to both the airport and the city, making it an ideal base for a city break. the service was friendly and courteous throughout our stay. the rooms were clean and well, equipped with all the necessary amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel was in dire need of an uplift, with old elevators and tired, looking apartments. the gymnasium was unsafe and poorly equipped, and the restaurant and bar were closed.

Pleasant room with balcony overlooking gardens and river. Good meal in the restaurant with excellent service from waitress from Wales.

Bar staff were a bit stuffy.

The swimming pool was good but no facility to leave wet towels and pool tiles were dirty.
